It got funded!! yeah! I love Laie. I am from Nuuanu another wonderful place, but Laie is awesome when I visit Parker Ranch, PCC, and friends, and BYU of course :) Mormons in Hawaii is also an interesting study but there is unlimited Hawaiian Kupuna knowledge out there untapped. I shared this idea with my fellow Hawaiian friend who teaches Hawaiian studies in the schools.

I knew Sam as a missionary. He was always so kind to us and did such a wonderful job at the Hawaii Temple. Just seeing his face and hearing his voice again made me want to contribute. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to hear his voice and see his face once again.

This reward is perfect for organizations who want to help a worthy project, but could also use something of tremendous value in return. For these contributors, my team will produce a short documentary about your organization that can be used for fundraising or marketing purposes. Your contribution gets our project off the ground, and in return I will pledge my time, equipment, and creative talents (not including travel related costs) to making a short documentary (3-5 min) of which we know you will be proud. This is well below market rate, and our work speaks for itself.
