About this project
Get Your Dance On connects people through movement, music, and world-changing ideas. We feature the very best local DJs, musicians, yoga teachers, healers, artists, and performers, local sponsors provide high vibe treats like raw chocolate, kombucha, turmeric elixirs, and fresh fruit, and YOU bring the magic that makes GYDO beyond amazing!
December 18th we'll join forces with Evolver.net to take over YogaWorks Soho's gorgeous duplex space, complete with three huge rooms, hardwood floors perfect for barefoot grooving, saunas, and showers for when you're all danced out, and create an opportunity for NYC's finest humans to revel in their collective awesomeness and have a freakin blast.
Dhundee will man the wheels of steel as Brooklyn's Brian T Carter facilitates the beat in our live room to keep things inspired, and the Didge Project will hold down the chill space with didgeridoos, tabla, violin (the list goes on), opening and closing with Parashakti, and healers on-site doing community-style treatments.
