Update #3: Addressing Shipping
The books are in! Big box arrived today. They'll be to you soon. Sooner if you do the following:
After this pre-order session closes on Tuesday, you will be asked by Kickstarter for some additional information, but if you e-mail your shipping address to andy@nadapublishing.com by Monday morning, we'll get them in the mail to you early.

Update #2: Quantatative Statements
I have been getting occasional reports from furrowed brows of concern about ordering/specifying multiple copies of the book. Simple simple. Just pledge whatever amount you fancy ($10 minimum per copy) and e-mail me at andy@nadapublishing.com the number of copies you would like (if and only if you would like multiples). (Note: If you do not specify your desired quantity the default assumption will be that you are simply generous).
These go to press tonight. With all the luck and trust of the United States Postal Service these books will be in your hands as close to the 25th as we can swing.
