Update #4: new video update
Update #3: to all who pledge!
Hey all,
Because the pledging is already under way I can't edit my rewards, but I meant to type bi-monthly video update for $5 or more, not bi-weekly. That would be a lot of videos with not enough time in between for anything to happen! Thankfully I know most all of you who have pledged so far (and if I don't know you personally, you're a friend of a friend). If any of you require more frequent updates I'd be happy to pop you an email on a bi-weekly basis.
Thanks!

My name is Anna Wolf and I am a Brooklyn beer and food nerd. I am starting a Brooklyn-based beer-mustard company. I have paired up with Sixpoint Craft Ales (fellow Brooklynites) and will be using their fine ales to create my signature whole grain spicy beer-mustard.
The idea for my company blossomed out of a period of frustrating unemployment. I had way more time than I was used to and I spent it playing in the kitchen. One day after deciding to grill some bratwurst I decided to try making my own mustard. I developed two great mustard recipes: Spicy Brown Ale Mustard and Jalapeno IPA Mustard. I had friends taste it and joked about starting a mustard company in all my unemployed glory. It stuck. People loved it. My friends insisted that all of their buddies had to try "my friend's mustard!"...and the name was born.
This is my first attempt at taking one of my kitchen creations to a commercial level and I'm looking forward to dressing sandwiches and sausages everywhere!
