Live Music Fog webcast w/ over 30 exclusive performances from Americana artists during Americana Festival in Nashville in September
We're getting ready to produce another Fall Music Marathon during the Americana Music Association Conference and Festival. As we have for the past three years, we'll record over 30 artists in three days. It's an exhilarating and exhausting free-for-all, and thanks to the internet, you'll also be able to watch the multi-camera live stream at home for FREE. Last year we recorded and streamed 32 artists in all. And when we're done, we take the best performances from the live broadcast, polish them a little, and post them to our website, Facebook, and our YouTube channel where they live forever. In the past, we've financed this annual event with corporate sponsorships and our own money, but this year, we don't have either. So again we're turning to our fans and beyond to ask for help financing the travel, production, and logistics necessary to make the fourth Fall Marathon a reality.
Looking forward, Music Fog will to continue to champion this genre of music and expand our new media horizons with exciting possibilities, like a music series that features videos from our ever expanding library (850+). We expect to do more live streamed events and concerts, to take viewers on an adventure to places not usually on the concert & performance radar.
Keep in mind that Americana music is an upcoming genre. It is largely ignored by mainstream radio and traditional media. It is Music Fog's mission to shine a light on these deserving artists. We want to help. We hope you do too.
