The outdoors bring possibilities of movement through a number of elements. This choreography, that takes place at Alice Keck Park, utilizes the landscape both as a concept and as a method for initiating movement.
Exploring this relationship of movement and space with me will be two local artists: Rosalina Masisco from the Santa Barbara Dance Institute, and dancer, teacher, and writer Melissa Lynn Block.
Funds raised through the dance project will go toward project expenses and will sponsor my work as a volunteer at the Umatillla National Forest. There I will be working along other volunteers to maintain the North Fork John Day river trails.
