Wow, we are just floored at the amazing response we have received for this project. We reached our pledge goal in just TWO DAYS!!

A friend said to me last night, "Of course you did! Why are you so surprised?"

I had no idea that there would be such a quick response to us: I may have lost a little faith that people still cared about theatre, about us, about taking time out of their busy schedules to help out a friend. So THANK YOU for not only donating to the campaign, but restoring my faith in the support of our community.

With that said, the original pledge goal was the MINIMUM it will take to produce this show. The actual amount I would love is closer to $1200. This includes a comfortable rehearsal space and compensation for the actors and the playwright, because I believe that actors and writers deserve to be compensated for the work they do and I'm sure many of you do, too. 

For those of you who have donated, THANK YOU!!! Please pass on the campaign and encourage your friends to do the same.

For those of you who have yet to donate, I hope you will consider giving a few dollars especially if you believe in the talents and character of any of the people who are involved. They all have incredibly special gifts that need to be shared with NYC in this story that needs to be told.
