Hi, I'm an artist (www.mollycrabapple.com), comics creator (Puppet Makers for DC Comics being my latest) and the founder of Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School, an international chain of drawing clubs.
I've got to say that the $100 is rad. So even though I'll be eating ramen in March, SO WORTH IT!!!
Wow, amazing stuff, if I wasn't jamming for funds myself I'd definitely hit this one! Congrats on getting all you needed and more, definitely deserves it!
Everytime I hear miss Crabapple's word I'm inspired. More and more people needs to have the opportunity to get inspired too... They need to know there's is a place where their most exciting ideas have a place in this world. :) Help this people have this opportunity, there's a lot of hidden artists that needs this little push.
This is an awesome organization and needs to be kept alive...
