We've hit 90%! We are almost there!
So, if you've ever watched "The Price is Right" you'll know why I have this song running through my head all the time right now:
Of course, on "The Price is Right" the whole point is to NOT get the little lederhosened jerk up to the top of the mountain, whereas with my Kickstarter it's just the opposite, so there is no small amount of cognitive dissonance associated with that jaunty little yodeling tune.
But the jaunty little yodeling tune that haunts my waking hours is not what I've come to talk about tonight! What I've come to talk about tonight is how FANTASTIC you all are! Because, thanks to each and every one of you, WE HAVE HIT 90% OF THE FUNDING GOAL! And we still have 4 days left! Which significantly reduces the likelihood that I will be sitting in front of my computer at 11 p.m. on Sunday night screaming "Fund! Fund, damn you!" in a maniac frenzy.
Sticker & magnets, oh my!
As you may or may not have noticed, I added some new enticements on Monday—a couple of magnets and a sticker. Y'all were really split as to which you preferred, so I figured, what the heck, I'll do both. All backers above $65 get these new swaggy-bits thrown into your packages gratis! Bam! You got SWAGPLODED!

If we get to 100%, I am going to add a special additional reward for backers at ALL levels. I will write a new ebook novella featuring Dreadnought & Emily as the main characters. This novella (which I will make available for download in DRM-free PDF, MOBI & EBOOK format) will be set sometime between the end of THE HIDDEN GODDESS and THE WARLOCK'S CURSE. If you've read the sample chapters, you know that a LOT has happened in the intervening 30+ years, and there are plenty of interesting stories to be told. And I've already got a couple in the works. So let's do this thing!
90% Pup-Date is on its way ...
It's too late tonight to wake up the pups, but tomorrow I will fill the Pup-O-Meter with puppy cuteness. And it will have ALL 9 PUPS IN IT! Just imagine! Today, my sweet and long-suffering husband finished building a puppy corral on our back porch, so I think we'll get some great shots, as long as I can keep the little blighters from pooping all over me. I swear, they're like little pooping machines now. Sorry, probably too much information.
