We started in 2006, with an idea, then in 2007, we wrote the first draft of the screenplay. Now, in 2009, we have a feature length screenplay, the cast & crew hired, and are now looking for production costs.
That's where you come in!
We are in need of $5,000 to ensure the success of our shoot. This will cover equipment costs, transportation for the cast/crew, & food.

STORY:
"Written Images" is a coming of age/love story set in Chicago,IL. It follows the pressures of growing up as a homosexual in America both in and out of the closet.
Cinema has yet to shed the light on the LGBT Youth, this is where Written Images comes in.
25% of its profit will go to The Matthew Shepard Foundation.

Who's directing?
Mike Krumlauf, the writer/director, who is openly gay, has been working with the medium of film/video for almost 10 years. He has won several awards for his experimental video-art pieces, and has received worldwide acclaim for his "uniqueness" and "originality".
Your help is more then appreciated. It is going towards making our dream come true and to tell a story that has otherwise not been told (and we feel must be told) on screen.
