I have all the belts cut, dyed, and drilled, but I went through 300 eyelets and need 300 more. Tandy is out (though they told me this Saturday that they had plenty in stock and their system still said they had 600 in stock today... no where to be found). so I ordered 300 online and I will continue to scour middle tennessee to try and find antique brass 1/4 eyelets. Tandy says they have more coming in Friday, but hopefully the online order will be faster.
Almost all orders will ship tomorrow save the 4 with belts that need the eyelets.

Laura just finished sanding the last 4 guns, and I have 11 painted on my desk. Holsters are all finished and picking up the belt buckles to finish the belts.
So exciting to be close to final fulfillment!
Just poured the bottom half of the new mold. Then I will fill the rest and have it in production by the end of the week!
Trying to keep you all in the loop.
We are still producing guns and painting them as fast as we can. We had a couple of hang ups, the biggest being the mold tearing in all the wrong places. My original gun got destroyed in the first mold process, so I have been cleaning up one of the first guns that came out of the mold to make it the new positive.
Not that this is an excuse, but I got married on Saturday (yay me!) which made it hard to work over the weekend to push the guns through production.
So anyways, today I pour the first half of the new mold and paint up the remaining guns from the first mold. The holsters are all made and Laura is working on finishing up all the gun belts.
