      Thanks John. I'm actually from NYC and I think it would do great in the city. I had the restaurant in LA which is why I would be doing it there. Plus there are a lot of restrictions to operate a truck there. I would love to franchise the idea and that was the plan with my old restaurant but thankfully I am partnering up with a food truck company that has the infrastructure to one day spread across the country.

      I LOVE this idea, and wish it was in NYC. People here would love it! New Yorkers are all about yummy convenience! We're famous for street vendor foods, Halal, mobile Post Offices, etc. Maybe you should sell the idea! Francise!

In 2007 I started a grilled cheese concept called meltDOWN etc. I had to close the doors in 2009, but created a very popular and noteworthy restaurant. I wrote a children's book which was inspired by my former restaurant and now am looking to put my old grilled cheese concept into a food truck.
