Received mine 2 days ago, it looks really nice, love those tin cups as well! I really like that the cards aren't just cheap cardboard but linen, gives them a nice, high quality feel.

Nice to hear Louis! Can't wait to see the finished game. Congratulations on getting funded, and even more so, congratulations for making what I think is a great game. Haven't played yet, but still pretty happy about what I've spent my 60 bucks on.

Zach, the files went to the printer. Once we have proofs, we will get an estimated shipping date. So for now, it's still "fall"

Do you have an estimated production date yet?

Eric, in general, I try to absolutely minimize the amount of backer data I handle in my systems for a variety of reasons. On the other hand, my Web site is operated by Google, and I could use Google Forms to collect that information. One challenge there is that I have to manually match replies to Kickstarter data. But I may fall back to Google Forms.

Congratulations! Great job with the updates and keeping the backers in the loop throughout the whole process. Good luck and I look forward to seeing this great game on the retail shelves!

James, are you asking if you can have two extension with the Suit Level reward? The way it is set up right now is that you only get extra lawyers. The problem with the event cards and shares is that they have completely different design.

But I think I will be just sending all Beta Editions with a copy of the VC extension, and you guys can decide which way you want to go.

At the Suit Level is there anyway to get a second copy of the Venture Capital Extension? Me and a friend of mine are kicking in together for it and he's going to let me have the extension but it would be nice if I could get one for him too. Thanks for the info ether way =p

Can't wait to start playing this, I'm already promoting it in my store.

I can't wait to see this game hit the shelves! You guys are doing awesome and deserve every penny! I'm going to have to mention your project on an update in my own Kickstarter campaign for the multiplayer tactical strategy game RoboArena: http://kck.st/mOEqOB

Us Kickstarters gotta stick together! Wish you all the best!

      Hi,

In your last update, I noticed that your "Product Success" card has misspelled "Adoption" as "Addoption".

You may want to get all your game content proof-read before final print.

@Louis. Thank you for your answer, and: Congratulations for the money that's already been pledged. As I am still interested in backing this idea and looking extremely forward to hearing more about the manufacturing.

Wow, from a little over $2,000 to over $9,000 in a couple days. Nice work everyone :) I can't wait to play this game!

@Greg, there is a card along your proposal, but it's a bit less explicit. I actually show it quickly in the video..

@Christian, I plan to talk more about manufacturing in a future update. The Beta Edition is being made in one location in the US, but the components might be import. The Retail Edition is not decided, but it will also be made in one place only. This is necessary for economy of scale. Unfortunately, that means there is a lot of shipping involved. I'll follow up with you .

PG-13 events only? No "CEO wastes too much money on hookers and blow" card?

I love your idea and despite the shipping costs of overseas shipping, would love to fund the product, but I have a question (forgive me if this is not the right section, I'm new to kickstarter): Do you plan the actual manufacturing of the game's hardware pieces to be local (as I hope)?

I game tested Startup Fever and it's lot of fun. I played version 0.1 of the game when it didn't even have an end condition, then version 0.5 (some of the complexity of this intermediate version went to the "expansions") and the final version 1.0. This final version is very polished and everybody who plays the game has a great time. I think the magic comes from Startup Fever being easy to learn, highly interactive, and with many possible strategies (and counter strategies)
