Welcome to Day 3! As you can see, we hit both our $600 and our $700 raffles yesterday and are well on our way to a $800 raffle! Let's see what happens next!

The color I chose today was... Strong Red! Because I saw it in the store and couldn't resist it. Seriously! Strong Red! Could you resist it? It sounds so... powerful!

Driving home with it, I was thinking of what I would do with a Strong Red, and honestly, the first thing that came to mind was... the Red Bull, from The Last Unicorn, a text and movie that were formative for me as a child. Probably not in the best way, to be honest... it's a rather complex and adult story, and I didn't make much good of it with my unformed brain...! But regardless of its intentions, I loved it.

With my strong love (see what I did there!) of redemption themes, I couldn't help wondering if maybe the Red Bull's problem was just that he needed some love. Didn't the Unicorn say in the story at one point that he and she were the same? So I'm afraid I did fan-art for Day 3. Enjoy or throw kooshes at me, I understand either way. -_-
