I am a man with many interests and not enough money to fully explore them. One idea has inspired me more than the others and now i am finally ready to jump in. Over the past couple of years, After some limited experience, i have become fascinated with photo-booths and their artistic potential. Although this is not my original idea, i would like to find a place in the art realm to explore some of my personal curiosities.

After researching costs of materials, i have determined that i can build my own digital booth for considerably less than the cost of purchasing a pre-made one, and the printing materials will only cost me cents per strip instead of several dollars. It doesn't have to look pretty or even be portable; it just has to hold the equipment and take photos of the subject.

Materials needed are for the construction of the shell or walls, camera stand, seat, printer, one photo-paper kit, curtain, small camera, and a light source. It will cost right at $2,600 to build my own booth. This is much cheaper than the alternatives and it gives me the privacy i need.

I also offer a great reward to anyone who is able to back me. Everyone who helps with my project will receive an original piece of art from a strip or strips made in my newly built booth! The size and complexity of the piece will depend on the amount donated. Every shot in a photo-booth is unique. Those who donate $100 or more will be able to 'suggest' the theme for your piece.
