About this project

As many of you know, I've been eating, sleeping, and breathing music for a majority of my life.  However, I've still never made a full-length album.

So ...

Let's do it right!  "Light In The Dark" will feature twelve original songs performed by Matt Nakoa and his motley band of amazing musicians.  Including: Corey Schreppel - Drums/Engineering, Eric French & Ryan Harris Brown - E. Guitars, Walter Skorupski & Jamila Weaver - Bass.  To name a few.

Co-writers on the album include Jared Salvatore and Roman Williams.

We've been recording at cutting edge studios, such as Bluejay Studios in Carlisle, MA  and Foxrun Studios in Sudbury, MA.

Let's do it now!  After just a few more days of recording, it will be time to mix, master, print, and promote this album.  These steps are all very important if "Light In The Dark" is going to look, sound, and sell competitively.  

My Goal is to get out on the road so I can come play for YOU!  Having a great album will be key in landing bigger gigs (colleges, festivals ...) and keeping gas in the tank!

Additionally, I plan to seek licensing with TV and film.  That means you could hear me on your favorite network drama!

Ultimately, I'd like to be known for performing my own songs.  "Light In The Dark" is a major step in that direction.  So thank you for reading, for listening, and for giving.  I couldn't do this without you.
