Friends, backers, people of the internet: today we have a huge announcement to make. The PsDefaults Kit is finished and ready for download!
Thanks to your support (and the hard work of our designers) one of our dreams has finally been realized. And now that the collection is finished, you can stop looking at all of our graphics and start using them for yourself.
As a backer of this project you should have received an email earlier today with account information and download instructions. Once you log in you'll have immediate access to the kit that you backed as well as an additional bonus download that we threw in as a thank you. We can't say it enough: you guys have been awesome and we are very grateful to have your support.
Monster Kit Backers: we're still finishing up the screencast series, so hang tight for a few more days and we'll put these up for download by the end of the week. In the meantime, feel free to download the kit and start using the collection itself.
Haven't received your download?
No worries, stay calm. We haven't forgotten about you and we will make sure everything turns out okay. Here's what to do:
- First, check your spam folder. We try to avoid these, but sometimes they catch us anyway.
- Second, wait for another hour or so... Sometimes ISPs throttle incoming email, so it may not have arrived just yet.
- If all else fails, email us. You can send me a message directly through Kickstarter or using the contact email on our website. Don't worry, we'll get it all fixed up.
Having trouble with the installation?
Basically the same advice as above: read the instructions, watch the screencasts, check the additional resources, and if you really can't get it working then shoot us a message. Hopefully we'll get you set up quickly. Also, note that we really can't support versions of Photoshop older than CS2 nor can we support Elements. We just don't have the right software and won't be able to assist in a meaningful way.
That's it for now. We hope you enjoy using the set, please let us know what you think of everything, and send us some examples of what you've created using PsDefaults!
Until next time,
-- Mason, Natalie, Tony, and Nathan
