Who is MARTY GRACE?
Hi, I am Marty Grace and if you wake up everyday with faith to acheive a dream and encourage people along your path to not settle for no but to keep pushing in life, then you are Marty Grace. Listen, I'm just a normal guy who In July of 2007 decided to take a chance and quit my job after 22 years with 14 to go with the United States Postal Service. 2 months later I had a fire that destroyed all my equipment. Did I let that stop me? No, my faith and trust in God is what brought me to where I am today. 4 years later I'm putting out some of the Hottest designs on the streets today (soon to be the next big thing in fashion). So now It's time to do footwear. After years of doing samples the response has been overwhelming, but I only had enough money to do samples and hoped I would get a backer.
Why does my company need you?
For years I have been flipping my own money to build my clothing line and I did. So I thought that since the clothing line is so unique, why should the funding come traditionally by one sponsor? “There’s got to be another way.” I dreamed big and now here I am. I know this is possible God. Designs by Marty Grace has reached a massive amount of people, and if It had more funds, it would reach even more. I proposed to my staff that the funds for this line should come from people like you. It should come from the billions of people who wear clothing every single day. Most importantly, I believe that this is going to be an incredible story. Think about it… young man quits his job after 22 years because he believes in his dream. He targets celebrities to invest but they just take his gifts. He puts his stuff on kickstarter then the people step up and say; “we will fund this project, this is a story I want you to be a part of". So will you join me and many others? We are raising $ in time for production for 2012.
