after the initial issues with the minute hand slowing down, it's now working perfectly.. not sure which of these did it... i swapped the battery, made sure the centre pin is secure, wiggled the manifold around so it moves smoothly.. it's now proudly displayed on my wall. my first kickstarter backing.. and many more to come! thanks guys..

I haven't received mine yet... how do we look into this? Thanks in advance!

I have had some troubles with mine as well. It ran quite slow and one of the hands broke off where the straight bit meets the ring.

Jason, I'm seeing something similar, cept mine never catches up. It seems as if the clock movement is'nt strong enough to move the manifold around the dial, and I normally come in to find the clock stuck at about 6:40, and through the day the clock is constantly loosing time.

And this is with a fresh battery, second one now just to be sure I had a fresh cell.

Hi guys, I've been running the clock for a few days now.. i have 2 clocks (one normal, one manifold) and have them both synchronized .. but i've noticed that when the manifold clock minute hand is pointing between 7 and 10, the 2 clocks are off by about 5 mins.. but when it crosses the hour (ie. 12), both clocks end up the same again (maybe due to gravity?).

Mine arrived in Australia today. I'll test it tomorrow to make sure all works well. Renting a place where I can't hang it ATM, but once it'd verified to work ok I'll put it away until I'm somewhere where I can display it in the living room.

One thing maybe worth noting is that my clock base didn't look like it was properly seated in the bottom of the box and had slid up during transport. When I opened the brown postage box I could just see the longer of the two clock hands protruding ever so slightly through the gap at top of the packaging. No harm done, the fold itself had been pressed the slightly at the top but I just pinched it flat again and it's fine.

Just mentioning it in case it's something that needs to be checked in the future as I'm sure the sail part could have been damaged more if the postal box hadn't been rather snug and had allowed the clock to move further than it did.

On a related note, the box is nice but I wonder if such a unique design wouldn't benefit from a clear plastic front that allowed you to view the device.

My clocks arrived yesterday and they look beautiful! The hands had come off on both clocks, but were easily re-attached. Batteries are now installed and waiting to see, if the operate properly - fingers crossed.

I have had mine for about two weeks. I too have issues with the clock hands operating properly. When the hands meet, there appears to be more resistance, which stalls the hands until the minute hand can "overpower" the hour hand. I tried brand new battery. Same. The only solution so far is to place the base on a flat surface instead of hanging vertically. Not really what I had intended for displaying the clock.

Mine arrived today. It looks nice, but I already have an issue. The minute hand seems to be dragging the hour hand with it when they overlap. I set my manifold clock to 1:45pm before I stepped out. It's 3:55pm right now and the manifold is reading approximately 7:50pm.

Has anyone run across the issue? Is there a recommendation to remedy this?

thanks for the screensaver link. Just installed it. A little bit disappointing; there is little 3-D effect, which I was hoping for, to counteract the fact that the screen is flat (and the whole point of Manifold Clock is the intriguing 3D aspect). The clock, as displayed, is a bit small; on my screen, there is a lot of empty black space. Also, the times were wrong, at times, such as at 3:30 PM. The time on the screensaver displayed about, oh, 3:32 or so. The large point was certainly not at the 6 o'clock position. Could be a bug?

I bought one of these last year, and it's a real conversation piece (everyone that sees it is incredibly jealous). So awesome to see it on Kickstarter and I can't wait to get the 30"!

Could you please add more pledge/rewards options so you can get more clocks ( with a small discount/limited reward) for people that want 3/4/5 clocks ( with/without limited edition)
