About this project
We want to turn even the dullest urban street into a play space where people can connect, dance and find each other.
How do we plan to do it:
We plan to put the fun back into flirting by building The Love Gun and introducing it to bar patios, lounges, outdoor arts and music festivals, company picnics, outdoor parks & college orientation weeks.
The Love Gun uses Directional Speakers. These speakers focus sound in a specific direction. Only those standing within the sound “spotlight” will hear your musical message.
The Love Gun will rest on a swivel stand, allowing you to point it in any direction. Pre-loaded, recognizable love songs can be adjusted according to the venue. The user will choose a song through the interface at the back of the cannon. As the song loads, the user can use a cool telescopic site to aim at their desired target. Pulling a trigger will activate the song, shooting it in the direction of the target, while a light on the cannon alerts the user and the target that the song has been fired, and from whom, respectively.
The tech will be housed in a cool casing that we are designing.
What is the money for:
Making a super-cool prototype of The Love Gun.
We also plan to hold a public event to launch The Love Gun to the community.
