I sent a response card out to a recent customer of Superb Snail Mail to get a feel of how the whole thing went over.

Samantha received a postcard, followed by a letter, and then a carefully crafted and personalized package; interactive according to her tastes (I sent her a questionnaire beforehand).

(1-5 rating. 5 being 'completely true'. 1 being 'not true')

SSM deliveries were pleasantly surprising. 5
