Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects.
At this very second, thousands of people are checking out projects
on Kickstarter. They're rallying around their friends' ideas, backing projects
from people they've long admired, and discovering things that make
them laugh and smile.
Every project is independently crafted, put to all-or-nothing funding,
and supported by friends, fans, and the public in return for rewards.
-
Independently crafted.
The filmmakers, musicians, artists, and designers you see on Kickstarter have complete control and responsibility over their own projects.
They spend weeks building their own project pages, shooting their own videos, and brainstorming
what to offer as rewards.
Rewards are things like a copy of what’s being made, a limited edition, or a custom experience related to the project. This isn’t Best Buy – rewards aren’t shrink-wrapped and ready to ship. Once the project is funded, the journey to bring them to life begins.
-
All-or-nothing funding.
Every project creator sets their project's funding goal and deadline.
If the project succeeds
in reaching its funding goal
all backers’ credit cards are charged
when
time expires.
If the project falls short no one is charged.
Since our launch in April 2009, more than 20,000 creative projects
have been successfully funded by awesome people from around the world.
But Kickstarter is about much more than money...
-
The big picture.
People come to Kickstarter to build community around their projects. It’s inspiring to be supported by people you know, and amazing to connect with strangers who are discovering your ideas for the first time.
The feedback, press, and love that can come with
a Kickstarter project are just as valuable as the money raised. Ask anyone who’s done it before. There’s nothing like it.
Updated Title / heading - I help record many musicians upfront at no charge to help them make songs/ CDs they can sell on the street to survive. Trying hard to get visibility here at Kickstarter to get awareness of our project. Think small indie rock blues label that needs to exist as we release great music / Artists. See for yourself - http:www.liquidfusion.com Then make a pledge. Support indie music. Thank you!!!
"Very cool, you have a good speaking voice, one of an established producer."
- Rob Visciano / The Kitchen
Vintage Jam near end of Video Promo: using a 74 Tele Guitar w/ EMG 85 pickups + 1982 Ross Phaser (Orange) + 1965 Vox Wah V846 + 1983 TubeDriver (Racked) + Memphis "P" Bass 1980. Each guitar track with vintage pedal recorded separately then combined to make a 2 track stereo mix. Parametrically EQ'd this mix and then added a bit of Hardlimiting.
What's missing is the stereo compression from the WSW Siemens Mastering Compressors.
With your help, we' soon have that here in use making more great sounds!!
Added audio!!! Enjoy!!

"Really cool, I take it as a Reader, a small Label trying to do the right thing by preserving the authentic rock sound as it was intended." - Rob Visciano - Lead Singer / The Kitchen
What goes on making music is equally important as the singers singing the songs. Liquid Fusion (R) Records has a goal of licensing its songs in film / TV, as well as selling Artists on iTunes. We have limited funds for pushing Artists (That can be another project here). The way we make recordings is a mix of analog and digital methods. Keeping us alive, keeps this attitude alive as well.
