A celebration in honor of all women on Sunday, Mother's Day

Hello everyone!

First, I would like to sincerely thank all of you for your great support of She Inspires 365 -- we are now over 77% funded and we still have 12 days to go!  I am so humbled by all of your donations and encouraging messages -- each one has been very meaningful to me and has contributed to the success of this project.

Second, I would like to invite all of you who may be in Portland this Sunday, May 13th, Mother's Day, to join us for a celebration in honor of all women at p:ear gallery (corner of NW 6th and Flanders).  Between 12 and 4 pm please feel free to stop by the gallery, enjoy a glass of champagne or a bloody mary, nibble on some delicious food and desserts, listen to live music by Mindy Dillard (one of the women from the yearlong project!) and feast your eyes on over 220 prints from She Inspires 365. 

Please feel free to bring friends and family and especially your mothers -- I'm excited to say that my mom is here from New Jersey!  My dear sister, Erica, will also be flying in from the east coast with her boyfriend, Adam, as well as my wonderful Aunt Kathy and my best friends Kyla and Greg with their brand new baby, Annabelle!  Kyla's mom and niece, who were both part of the yearlong project, will be coming from the east coast too, and Kyla's grandma and aunt will be taking the train down from Seattle!  I'm sooooo thrilled and honored that so many people have chosen to travel such great distances to be here for this event.  Thank you so much and I can't wait to see you all on Sunday!
