The Band is a web series that is to be filmed over the summer, and we're seeking donations to help with production.
The idea for The Band was thought up one day when three LikeWeiss members went to play music in a garage (which is our current location for The Band). One of us said, "We should make this a video". From there, we decided that we would make it a series, and have been writing scripts for months now. The Band will be our first web series. We want to begin production soon, and we need your help to get us there!
The project will be run by Steven Weiss, a parent (as LikeWeiss is made up of 13-year-olds).
Our current location for filming is in a messy garage filled with old instruments, tons of boxes of old junk, and Christmas ornaments. We are hoping to clear out the garage to make a more usable film space. We're raising funds to buy props, better instruments, filming equipment, to pay the cast and crew, and for transportation.
