Over the past few months, I have been working extremely hard on perfecting my Homemade Organic Baking Products. I absolutely love baking from scratch. However, waiting 3 days for a puff pastry dough to set is just unpractical! But aren’t you sick of those generic store brands that use the cheapest and poorest quality ingredients? Well, that can all come to an end! I am now offering delicious Organic Pie Crust Dough, Organic Puff Pastry Dough, Organic Tart Base Dough, Organic Pre-Rolled Tortilla Dough, Organic Pizza Dough,Organic Shortbread Dough, and Organic Ready-to-Bake Cookie Dough. All of our doughs are 100% vegan and 100% fabulous!
All the doughs are homemade with the absolutely best quality ingredients and have very cute individual packaging.
About Me: Well, my name is Lidia Byhower and I am a young entrepreneur bursting with ideas to refresh our world. I am graduating from Columbia University in May 2010, I live in NYC, I am from California, and I absolutely love my 5 yorkies. I started my first business in 2009. That was Byhower Talent Agency (BTA). BTA is definitely my first love. I always encourage my models to eat healthy and I truly believe that food & fashion are extremely linked nowadays! I personally have been a vegetarian for 2 years now. I am not completely vegan, but I do try to avoid dairy & eggs as much as possible. I have been working on my cook book packed full of delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes for the past 2 years. My book is very eclectic and home-y feeling. I include tons of helpful tips & hints, some cool tricks I have learned along the way, and some gorgeous photos of my food & my life. The book "Hungry Soul" will be available as an e-book or hard cover.
