I vote black... or even maybe white...
Other than that I must say that out of the wooden options in this picture I like the walnut most and the maple least.

Second my confusion:
The thing is that you have showed us so many different options that I am loosing track a bit...
I'm really wondering if you are keeping the difference of quality between the standard, deluxe and the audiophile kits or if everything now is the same...??
Could you please make clear what housings are going to be used? You are done now with the testing... Witch backer tier has witch housing option in quality / look / color?

Third about the pouch:
I don't really like it... I love to have something to store it in, but I'm not a fan of the pouch. I thought that in your casing survey this was not the most wanted option...?

And last for shipping the 3/6 piece buds:
I ordered two audiophile intellibud kits and have no problem with two shippings, as long as I am getting both the 3 piece as well as the 6 piece buds with the mic/controller.

I'm a bit at lost regarding the delivery date. No hurry there but can you just precise when that will be (I'm going in holidays at the end of june and need to know if I must buy temporary earphone or not).

What happened to the all metal one earbuds from the beginning, or the one with wood between two metal from update 82 ??? Personally, i would prefer one of these instead of the one i did not pledge too...

Or at least you could answer some of our legitimate questions that a lot of backers are asking.

If there is a problem, tell us and explain to us what happened, or why it can't be done. It would certainly answer to a lot of peoples...

...and by the way, i still want to be part of the project, so dont refund me !!!

I'm a big fan of the darker wood--it just looks classier. The quality of that walnut image is pretty poor (color representation-wise), but it definitely looks like it could be the most appealing aesthetic of the bunch.

I would have a hard time choosing if walnut wasn't an option, but I would surely manage.

I would like to echo previous comments about the iPhone/Android control. I hope this is included on BOTH the three-piece and the six-piece design for those of us who ordered it. Otherwise, the three-piece design with no microphone isn't of much use to me (or at least significantly decreased use). Also, is EVERYONE receiving audiophile quality earbuds now? This post makes it sound as though there is only ONE version of the earbud, even though we all pledged at different levels. I guess I don't really care if you give EVERYONE the highest quality buds regardless of what they paid, but I certainly don't want the quality of my buds to be downgraded since I paid more. The frequent updates are nice (thank you!), but a little more specific information would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I'd have to echo virtually all of Jason's points.

The quality and quantity of the updates is less concerning to me than the lack of followthrough on commitments, under-commit and over-deliver should be the mantra here.

Do we have an estimate on when the google docs form will come out?

Sorry people are on your case. I—I think along with many others—am waiting patiently. Ok, maybe a perhaps a bit anxiously but only because I want the awesome shininess in my head so I can lose my Apple earbuds in a drawer somewhere.

I have waited longer than this on other projects with no problem at all because the creators have updated with actual projected dates of delivery, not message after message saying we will send you another message next week.

I appreciate the product you are building and your clear enthusiasm for building the absolute best.

The fact that you elect to only address the people who give you props and not those who ask questions you don't want to answer is unacceptable. That you would take peoples money, hold if for nine months and then petulantly send it back with no notice (AND a charge to me from PayPal so the entire amount did not come back) is just childish. I never said I didn't want the product. I asked a simple question, as others have on other product updates.

As a backer who's been wondering what the timeline currently is, seeing you forcibly kick off another backer for posting something as innocuous as "It's been almost nine months, time to give birth to these!" is really disappointing. I understand there pressure is high, but Lisa posted a very reasonable and unoffensive post, and your response reads as retaliation.

To be clear, I'm excited about these, and would like to remain a backer. Don't refund my money. I'm happy to wait until you guys have tweaked and tested every facet of the design -- it's exactly that kind of attention to detail that drew me to the project in the first place. I understand that making things high quality takes time, and seeing the process unfold has been really fantastic as a backer. I get that things often take much longer than initially planned (I write software -- this is my life), and that that can be immeasurably frustrating. I'm only piping up because going down the road of forcibly canceling every backer who wonders when these are going to ship is only going to alienate your backers, who could be the heart and soul of your (amazing!) work.

Will there be 3-piece versions with the remote on them?

I too would like to know if the 3-piece version that's shipped with the Audiophile for iPhone kit has remote/mic?

Just happened to notice this on the Indiegogo site they linked to in update #81. Looks like they have them... and it looks like it'll have a clothing clip as well which would be very handy for the six piece set I'd bet.
