The Problem - Technology has become a substitute for human interaction and rather than playing board games with the family, kids sit down in front of a video game for hours on end. With the ever increasing tendency toward technology, we are concerned that family bonds and human interaction will become obsolete.

The Solution - Families need a way to connect that encourages creativity, problem solving, and team work. With just a little help from mom or dad, Lazer Models can be colored, painted, stained, and then glued together in a project that will encourage conversation, laughter, and support.

The Process - All of our products are designed and manufactered in-house by either Craig or Candice using the following process:

First we find a photo of the item we want to re-create.

Next we rough draw the design to create the basic shape and scale.

Then we draw each piece on the computer. Design time can be anywhere from 1 - 6 months before it is ready to be sold. It involves a lot of measuring, cutting, and building samples - all the while, making small changes.

The KickStarter Goal - To get these models out to the general public, we need to purchase a second laser. This laser would allow production to reach a point where we could sell in our desired venues and begin to create a tangible change in families around the world. We are looking to purchase this laser before summer gets going and hope that our KickStarter project can be just that - a KickStart toward the laser.
