We recently played a College Music Journal showcase at The Local 269 (where we shot our Bug Out music video!). It was most definitely a blast, as the place was packed and the drinks were flowing! Lachi is an award winning, established singer/songwriter who's debut album was distributed through EMI/Caroline in 2010 and has been on CBS Radio, NPR, CW Morning News, MTVIggy, Oprah Radio, TimeOut, The Onion, The Deli, Spin Earth, Computer Music Magazine, NYU News Womensradio and a host of others receiving Major TV and radio airplay. The band, Meridian Gold, has opened up for Patti LaBelle and Jennifer Owen Youngs, Petra Haden, Fred Armisen (SNL) and Prudence Mabhena of Grammy award winning Music by Prudence. The band consistently receive impressive reviews and significant commercial, college, community and online radio coverage. They've performed at such festivals as SxSW, CMJ, The Guitar Con, Pride Milwaukee, and many colleges, clubs and venues including NYC's Joe's Pub. They are currently releasing single and video "Bug Out" already receiving radio spins!
