About this project
Hey guys! My name is Kye and at 16 years old, I am a Digital Artist, Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and a an Upcoming Entrepreneur based out of Redondo Beach, California.
But, I like to call myself a general designer because as long as I'm making something, I love it. I recently began getting into sculpture (nothing too intense) and found the world of urban vinyl, or designer toys. The art and vibe of the whole community was totally me, so I jumped in. Now, the only thing I am lacking, is the actual toys themselves. Now, Im not asking you to fund a toy collection for me. Not at all. Im not even interested in having the custom, pre-made toys that are mass produced. I am going all DIY here. I want to start a full blown VINYL EXPLOSION!!! What I mean is, I plan on obtaining as many of these vinyl "blanks" as I can (without being ridiculous) and creating an army of urban style! Each figure will be sculpted, painted, and given life by me, and each one will be new and original. NO COPIES! Here are the figures that I will be working on:

Just look these up online to get an idea of what I'm wanting to create.
I have made a few of my own sculptures, but don't have the means of making many blanks of my own. Also, I don't have any "proper" paint or tools. I have been using watercolors minus the water to paint them and knives or Q-tips or anything rigid to actually make them.
Also, I have recently been gifted my first of the Munnies! I'll post this guy soon to show you what most importantly I can do.
So, without further ado, here's what I am asking of you pledgers! I need the funding to acquire the figures, proper paint and tools, lots of super sculpey, and to build a custom display for all of my creations. I am a 16 sophomore currently attending Redondo Union High School. I am a Digital Artist, Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Soccer Player, Gamer and Me. I recently got into new mediums of art, more specifically sculpture. I like designing and building things, it really doesn't matter what. I'm not your average kid, kind strange but in a good way. :D I like spontaneity, a good laugh and having fun in general.
