Update #2: Wha!?
Wow!
I can't even believe it! We're now well past our minimum goal thanks to such a kind out-pouring response from everyone who pledged us. I don't even have the words to express how thankful I am and how absolutely supported I feel. It's now 5:45am on February 22nd. I'm putting my shoes on, throwing on a jacket, and headed for JFK airport for an 8am flight to Los Angeles. Casting sessions begin tomorrow & meetings are already being set with key talent possibilities.
I just wanted to send a quick word out to everyone before I left... simply to say... none of this would be possible with out the unbelievable generosity you've all put forth. I know a lot of the people who pledged... and there are a few that I've never met or don't know very well... or people that I haven't had the chance to talk with in recent time. However you came to find this project, I truly want to thank each and everyone of you for making such an amazing effort. Thank you for helping to make a man's dreams come true.

Update #1: 1st day Update!
Wow, what a day! Just a little over 12 hours since I posted this Kickstarter.com Pledge Drive, and we'd already received close to 2/3 of our goal. I truly can't thank all of those who have pledged enough. I'm honestly completely taken a back by such a great showing of kindness.
More updates to come soon! First casting rounds actually start this week before I even get to Los Angeles on the 22nd. I'll be updating as I hear more!
