Hello! We're Vantage Point Productions, the crew behind Season 2 of Penny Arcade: The Series.
After the huge fan response to the PA:TS episode featuring Scott Kurtz and Kris Straub ("The Takeover"), we thought it unfair to the universe not to create a web series featuring the comedic stylings of this dynamic duo. We approached Scott and Kris and we all agreed that this should happen. However, after emptying our pockets on the table we realized that it would be difficult to produce the show on a handful of lint-covered Runts, two nickels, and a rupee (?). So, in need of capital to make this show a reality, we humbly come to you.
What, you ask, would a Scott and Kris show entail? We're looking to produce a ten-episode series (like the pilot episode above) in addition to a three-disc DVD featuring outtakes and behind-the-scenes material. When we reach our goal, the show will air on PATV starting Summer 2011.
The budget from Kickstarter will go solely towards the cost of production: cameras, microphones, editing, travel, soundtrack music, audio mixing, DVD authoring and duplication, Kickstarter and Amazon fees, and so on.
By backing this project, not only will you be helping us produce the show, you'll have access to unique and exclusive rewards including signed copies of the DVD, your name in the show credits, original art and books from Scott and Kris, extra footage of the production and much more.

Yes. International shipping does include Canada.

We are asking international pledges to add an extra $10 at their pledge level for international shipping costs. So changing your pledge to include the $10 international shipping would not put you at the $35 pledge bracket. But if you would like the digital music soundtrack, we ask that you give the $35 plus the $10 for the shipping of the DVD.

The episodes will be about 8 - 12 minutes long...with the average length around 10 minutes.
