About this project

Basically here's the deal: I need 75 preorders (at $20 ea) to break even. So that's where I'm setting the minimum.

YOU WANT IT? LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!

In my overly nostalgic brain, the early 2000's were kinda magical down in Nashville, TN. The internet hadn't yet overhauled the music industry- and a lot of idealism was hanging in the humid southern summer air.

Some friends and I rented an old house on the wrong side of the tracks and recorded "Had A Sword"

LET'S PUT IT ON VINYL WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!!

We need 75 preorders to do it. ONLY 75!!!!

That will include enough money to master for vinyl and press 150 weight vinyl.

If the minimum is not reached in 90 days, the project will be cancelled and your cards WILL NOT be charged.

**** The more people order, the cooler the vinyl will get. Around 300 orders I can put it in an attractive full color jacket and increase the vinyl weight to 180 or even 210 Collector's Weight!

But I don't want to make it the minimum too expensive and risk not being able to do it at all.

Kevin Thornton is a comedian/singer/songwriter whose 2009 one man show "Sex, Dreams & Self Control" independently toured theaters and fringe festivals from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. He was even featured in a supplemental piece for NPR's "All Things Considered."

He drinks too much wine and looks at far too much internet porn. Seriously, he needs to cut it out. Although he quit smoking 4 years ago, so give him a break.

He makes music too. You can find it online.

Currently Kevin lives with his partner Jay in Los Angeles.
