The first time I Kickstarted, I failed.
The second time I Kickstarted - we made our goal in a day and half, got a video picked up by the Staff of Vimeo and QUADRUPLED our goal. Needless to say - there were fireworks, rainbows and unicorns drinking water.
The third time I Kickstarted...well, here we are! To all of you who've been with me since POP - welcome back:). To all of you who are just getting here...I hope you're ready for quite the ride!
Kickstarting POP was a learning experience - we've got a lot of things dialed in now and a lot of new things added to the mix. This time around (now #deadbrokeandlooping) - we're still making an EP...but I'm doing it with only one instrument - MY VOICE. Hence the EP title - VOX.
After making Criminal, it was obvious that I found something I really enjoyed making - so I decided to dedicate a whole EP to just vocal looping.
VOX is going to consist of three songs I've chosen from Kickstarter "Song Pledges", and the titles of the songs will be named after the Pledgers themselves. I wanted this next project to be very interactive - and dedicated to all of you who helped make this EP possible. Because, let's face it - without all of you, I wouldn't be able to do this.
