An alphabet book for girls and boys in the glorious Victorian Era that could have been.
WELCOME to the fusion of the Victorian era and futuristic technology presented as a children's book. Each letter of the alphabet will depict a steampunk, historical aspect and/or archetype of the future past - the perfect picture book for steampunk enthusiasts and curious children!
The hardback book will have a color cover with spot gloss, 32 full color pages on heavy finish paper, color end papers and include a glossary for each letter of the alphabet. It will be approximately 7 by 9 inches.

A black/white coloring book to go with the original Steampunk ABC is the perfect addition! A hard copy of it and/or PDF version have been added to certain reward tiers and you have the option of adding it (or multiple copies) to your previous pledge. FROM the CREATOR, Karen Luk
I AM a freelance illustrator and art instructor. I've previously self-published comics and this will be my first children's book endeavor. My art work has been exhibited at Google and featured at the Cartoon Art Museum as the Small Press Spotlight. At the Charles M. Schulz Museum, I was a Cartoonist-in-Residence.
I was inspired to make the Steampunk ABC book to share my vision of the steampunk aesthetic. Creating this book is a challenge of my digital skills and imagination and I hope you can be part of it!
Seventy percent of $9000 will be used to print the book in hardcover and cover shipping freight. The remaining money will cover production costs for Kickstarter rewards, Kickstarter and payment fees, taxes and shipping to you. The listed reward tiers include shipping for USA pledges. For international supporters, please add the requested amount to cover shipping.

Yes, you can! Just increase your pledge with the reward tier amount and then send me a message with the new total and the extra reward tier name. Exceptions for adding tiers are if the reward level is sold out and the Shop Owner level. Kickstarter has a 10 single item limit for rewards. For the coloring book add on, please indicate the PDF and/or how many copies you want along with your increased pledge. Thanks!

DORIAN GRAY. I will watercolor your portrait (and your significant other, if desired) in a steampunk outfit. The final painting will be 9x12 inches.
