Regarding problems for payments outside US: 1) It didn't work for me when I used my normal Amazon login. 2) It worked when I choose a different email and created a new account.
Just pledged $25 from Sweden via Amazon, no problems.
There should be a way to pledge via Amazon even from outside the US -- check the FAQ pages for tips http://www.kickstarter.com/help/faq or contact Kickstarter support. (I'm not sure what the right step is to debug...)
You can't pledge money through amazon if you are not based in the united states?
$25 on the way! This was just the move I needed to make to kick myself in the butt to keep my project moving.

Hi Jeff -- for an OSS-compatible version, check out the free CC-licensed set on glyphish.com.
The version available here on Kickstarter isn't GPL compatible by default, but contact me via email if you'd like to discuss directly.
How is this project and its license compatible with open source projects (gpl)? We don't mind pledging, but want to be clear about licensing, attribution etc..

Is there any chance we could get a glyphish take on the "share icon" (i.e. based on http://shareicons.com/ ) ? Would be cool if the white elements of that icon were just transparent. I tried myself, but kinda suck at Illustrator...
