Its always been a dream of mine to make a live dvd, to offer something that really conveys the intimacy of my acoustic performances.
After years of performing and many requests, I am finally going to make a live DVD of my solo acoustic show. On the evening of Saturday, May 21st we are planning a 4 camera, HD shoot at a beautiful recording studio in Woodstock, NY. There will only be 60 tickets available for this very special event. Our goal is to create this in such a way that anyone who watches it can experience what its like to actually be at one of my intimate performances. Not only will it be a means of bringing my art to a wider audience but it will document my unique approach to music in general.
We made a deal with the studio for a lot of the equipment and their time but there are some hard costs that we still need to cover (camera operators, duplication, etc). That is why we need your help. This is something that I have always wanted to do and I am so excited that it is on the verge of happening. For those of you who've supported my work over the years, I think you'll agree that this DVD has been a long time coming.
