Hello Everyone,

   Just a short update to let everyone know our current status and point out a few important details for B-Squares:

• Manufacturing:  Both Shawn and I are now in Hong Kong finalizing the design of all of the B-Squares, the Packaging design, and meeting with the various manufacturers that will be fabricating the different parts of B-Squares.  We'll try to take plenty of pictures/video so that you can all take part in this crazy adventure!
• Shipping Information:  By now you should have all received an e-mail/survey requesting your shipping address.  Please submit this information ASAP so that we can begin coordinating with our fulfillment provider.  If you think you may be moving in the near future, provide whatever address you can now and if you need to change it you can contact us later with the updated address.  
• Delivery Date:  This is still unconfirmed but we will try to get you this information as soon as possible.  The main thing that will affect this is how long it takes for the Kickstarter money to transfer to our accounts.  We've already initiated some of the manufacturing but for some of the parts we have to wait until the Kickstarter money hits our accounts before initiating.   Please, please be patient with us and we'll try to keep you informed all along the way.
• Additional Pre-orders:  There have been quite a few inquiries about what our plans are for post Kickstarter production and whether or not as Backer's you'll be able to purchase additional B-Squares in the near future.  The answer is yes.  We're in the process of updating our website (www.b-squares.com) and intend on making the B-Square Kits available there for pre-order as soon as we have a better estimate of the delivery date.

   With about 5 hours left on the clock for B-Squares on Kickstater we've just passed the $138k marker!  Last time I checked, this means that B-Squares will be in the top 10 Kickstarter Hall of Fame!!  A huge THANK YOU to everyone!  We can't say it enough!    Keep spreading the word and let everyone know that they only have 5 more hours to be as cool as you are!! 

With the end this close, we just want to remind everyone what the next steps for B-Squares will be.  

• As soon as the project ends you should all receive e-mails that your Credit Card has been charged for you reward purchase.   
• We'll soon be sending out a survey to all of the Backers to collect your mailing addresses, so please keep an eye on your inboxes!

Hey Everyone!! 

    Some of you probably noticed that over the last few days B-Squares surpassed the $100,000 pledge threshold with more than 800 Backers!!  In honor of such an achievement Shawn and I wanted to share some great news about the improvements we've been able to make to the B-Squares design due to the great amount of support we've received from everyone!

• We have sourced higher efficiency Solar Panels so NOW THE SOLAR-SQUARES PROVIDE 50% MORE POWER!
• We have improved the overall frame design so now ALL THE SQUARES HAVE REMOVABLE SIDE INSERTS (see images below).  This allows us to provide additional connectors through the sides of the squares and will allow us to upgrade the Squares in the future with other enhancements like data communication contacts. 
• By popular demand:  We have added a miniUSB connector to the Battery Square so that ANDROID PHONES AND OTHER USB DEVICES CAN BE CHARGED BY B-SQUARES (see images below).
