Objective: To direct and produce a quality, informative, emotionally-charged documentary based upon real events which will be featured at various outlets inclusive of film festivals, movie theaters and on television.

Qualifications: A talented, reliable, professional staff consisting of Videographers, Sound Technicians, Production Assistants, Historical Consultant, Public Relations Manager and Finance Manager. (Jill Marie Morris): Author, Artist and Creative Visionary with advanced college coursework in Fine Arts (multiple disciplines), multiple written and creative projects (including 'Medium Well'), several years experience in Office Administration and Healthcare.

Project Synopsis: Shocking, investigative and historical research relative to true events both past and present involving Jill Marie Morris, her family and residents of the Watervliet, New York area. Documentary will feature interviews, personal case studies relative to content and other intriguing elements and topics such as suicide, domestic violence, the paranormal, religion, spirituality and more.

Production: Begins upon funding and will run approximately 10 months.

A Note From Jill:

Never once did I think that my investigation and research into the horrible events that I miraculously survived with my son in 1989, would lead me on such an eye-opening and shocking journey. Upon release of '207' I was inundated by people with similar stories whom read my book, or viewed the newspaper articles that were written about it. Within a relatively short period of time, I knew that the paranormal 'problem' in the immediate area was far greater and stronger than ever imagined. 

Continuing with research, I embarked upon interviewing many people about their accounts, correlating fact with each case study and vetting those who stepped forward. This bizarre information led me in a direction by which I have had to consult with religious officials of multiple denominations, in order to make sense of something incredibly profound - and extremely dangerous. It became clear that history left an indelible mark on this Upstate New York community.

My story, along with the investigation and research processes will shed light on a variety of topics that go hand-in-hand and are rarely discussed due to the paranormal and religious connotations. At the same time, many people including myself have asked for answers and direction, yet have had to keep our experiences and thoughts quelled due to potential repercussion and stigma associated with the topics.

It is my goal to share very personal and tragic information with the world in order to bring an awareness to society. Specifically, the message I want to convey is that the spirit world is nothing to incite, mock or ignore. 

History is not only found in book and worn paper form, catalogued and neatly tucked away in the archived record halls of the local Historian's office, but it is also imprinted in the air we breathe, and absorbed into the very ground by which it was forged. Over time, this can create peripheral problems within an environment and lead to hauntings and in severe cases, destructive behaviors, spirit infestations and demonic activities. Perhaps uncommon, it is not unheard of and happens more than one would care to think.

My passion surrounding '207 - The Documentary' is to address issues and create a dialogue, as well as bring peace to an area that has been splattered with the blood of many - most unmourned - over the course of three hundred plus years. Many whom have bore witness to such events, inclusive of my own, often remark that this incredible story needs to be shared with the general public, more so since additional information has come to light. Between my own experiences and what I have learned through the investigation and research, coincidence can no longer be applied as a descriptive term.

Suspenseful, fascinating and at times nail-biting, this documentary is ironically and gently enveloped with inspiration born from courage, wisdom and respect. As most will find, the absolute tragedy of the events by which I speak, have an undertone that will create a discussion that is very much needed world-wide and in a more spiritual context. I have little doubt that it will also scare most viewers 'spiritually straight.'

It is my job - perhaps my destiny - to bring you this comprehensive, controversial film that has become a true labor of love. With your help, this project will become fully funded and in turn, gain attention within the industry as a riveting account of epic proportion. 

Indeed, the truth of '207' is far more terrifying than any fictional account, simply because it involves ordinary people with extraordinary circumstance and story, seemingly centered in an ordinary, non-assuming, Upstate New York town. The fact could not be in any starker contrast, as Watervliet is one of the most active, paranormal hotspots I have ever encountered. The story does not end there and will be shared upon completion of this project.

One more important aspect about this documentary that I want to leave you with for thought...

I believe in giving back to the community. Although this is a for-profit documentary, just as I have with the proceeds from my book 207, I will be equally dividing a portion of ticket sales from the documentary and donating them between the Domestic Violence and Suicide Prevention programs. Both organizations need the help.
