Hello! My name is Jherek Bischoff and I am a composer and musician from Seattle, Washington. I am in the process of organizing the most exciting concert of my life, and I am asking for your support to help make it happen!
On February 4th, 2012, as part of The Ecstatic Music Festival, in collaboration with Wordless Music, I will be performing my upcoming record "Composed" at Merkin Hall in Manhattan with a 25 person chamber orchestra!
The Ecstatic Music Festival is all about collaboration, and my new record was made possible through collaborating with super talented local musicians, as well as others from around the world. To help bring this record to life in concert, I have asked several of my dearest collaborators, as well as some very special guest stars from the record, including David Byrne, Craig Wedren, Mirah, Greg Saunier, Zac Pennington and more, to join me and The Wordless Music Orchestra for this extremely special one night event.
Your support will go to -
- Paying for flights/transportation for all non-local collaborators performing at this event.
- Assembling an audio and video crew to record the event.
- Instrument rental fees.
