ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
I am in the process of self-publishing an epic love story entitled The Mirrors at Barnard Hall. This is the story of a young woman who must overcome impending death and transcend time in order to save the man she loves.
The Mirrors at Barnard Hall is a story filled with intrigue, murder, vibrant characters, and, most importantly, love. It will appeal to an audience of all ages who enjoys romance, mysteries, or historical fiction with a hint of enchantment.
SYNOPSIS:
Callista Franklyn's return to her family's mansion in the English countryside stirs up more than memories of ghostly childhood friends when she discovers the very real, and very handsome, Nick Dalton in the reflection of her antique mirror.
The problem? Beyond the fact that he appears to reside in a mirror, historical records say Nick died in 1900.
Callista is intrigued by Nick’s claim that the year is 1900, so she investigates and uncovers a timeline of suspicious crimes and enchanted mirrors that connect her to the twentieth century. She also realizes that she's falling for Nick, who is condemned to be murdered in August.
As the date of Nick’s impending death approaches, Callista must decide if she’s willing to risk changing history and erasing her place in the modern world in order to prevent the tragic crime and save the man she loves.

I’m seeking funding for the cover design, typesetting, editing, e-book development and initial print-run for the first 200 copies.
Here are the specifics:
-Cover design/Typesetting: $1,000
-Professional Edit: $1,000
-e-Book Development/Fees for e-Bookstores: $1,500
-Initial Print Run (200 copies) $2,000
For those of you who aren’t mathematicians, the total cost is approximately $5,500. Every bit of capital raised via this campaign will be used to offset the cost of this endeavor. If we surpass our goal, all excess pledges will go toward a higher initial print-run and ultimately be invested back into this project.
