Hey Jenna, the video looks great and I can't wait to see the full project come together. A reoccurring episode in my serving experience is having difficulty reciting the (lengthy) specials after staff wine tastings. Specials in general host a world of entertainment. Over the weekend we went to a restaurant that had a specials board on a wheeled easel and the servers just scooted it around the dinning room whenever a new table sat down. It looked ridiculous and lazy. Good luck!

This is great! Oh the stories we all have and share. I'm doing all that I can to spread the word about this, I've worked in the industry for 10 years and have a lot of co-workers, old and current, who will love to help out! My only regret is that I can't help out physically. Unless you need an assistant director?.. Seriously.
