A New Take On A Christmas Classic For You And The Entire Family

So, how many versions of A Christmas Carol can there be? How do you tell one from another?

We have an idea. How about:

* The unique cast of imaginative puppets that first introduced the story to New York television in the early 1960's (the Mad Men of puppetry)

* 21st Century production values

* A hilarious script and original music

And what if we produce it as a COMMEMORATIVE DVD in advance of the 50th Anniversary of the original presentation for this very holiday season? Wouldn't a highly fantastic and heartwarmingly original version of A CHRISTMAS CAROL be a welcome addition to your seasonal landscape of Rudolph, Charlie Brown and the Grinch?

The puppets were the creation of award-winning children's television pioneer, SANDY BECKER (if you're a Baby Boomer you're probably freaking out right now!) When Sandy passed away he bequeathed his puppets to Craig Marin with the mandate to try and "reimagine" his Christmas Carol for a new generation. Craig's puppet company, FLEXITOON, is no stranger to children's television, having performed on series many twenty-somethings themselves grew up with including PINWHEEL on Nickelodeon, SHINING TIME STATION of PBS, and the DJ KAT SHOW on FOX. And now many of those kids have kids, so when you add them all together: BOOMERS + THEIR KIDS + THEIR KID'S KIDS, you have the perfect audience for this new spin on a classic tale. Something for everyone. YOU!
