I'm a little bit anxious about this. I'm one of the backers and I've received no news about the item supposedly shipped. I've written twice and I have no answer. I think I need a response.

You guys are truly an inspiration. I recently filed a patent for one of my ideas. It is weapon related so I chose not to bring it to Kickstarter. My next 2 projects are definitely Kickstarter projects.

PS I rooted a nook color, to Android 2.3 just to use my Pad Pivot.

I love that it is in Best Buy, now try for Fry's.

I am still waiting for my shipment to Australia.... apparently its been sent again on Express USPS on 17 Aug.... just wondering how express is Express its already been 3 weeks....since...and almost a few months since the first shipment went out somewhere in June....

Pretty disappointed that backing the PadPivot has become an open invitation to spam us for other endeavors. I ignored the first couple but I see they just keep coming. Great way to reward your supporters.

Love mine. Great product. I like hearing about your new stuff but it is a little sketchy using the pad pivot updates to tell about new campaigns and products. If you have a mailing list I'd be happy to sign up but others might not dig this method. Thanks.

Just wanted to say that I've received my 2 units a couple months back, and they are awesome. One was a gift for a friend and they too are loving it. Good job, Jim! Keep it up.

Hi, I'm in Germany and still waiting. The USPS tracking site has the last info on June 24th, saying that it was "Processed through Sort Facility".
I wrote to German Mail but have not received any answer, yet.
Do you have any ideas? I'm getting nervous.... :-)

Hey Jim, a late congratulations on such a successful campaign! I myself pledged and have been using my pad pivot for the last month. Have not been disappointed in the least. I've just started my own campaign and was wondering if you have any words of wisdom to pass along?

Had to pick up mine from the customs office. You may want to attach an invoice on the outside(!) in future shipments to avoid this extra hassle. Looks good, just haven't had a chance to really try it out yet.

Bad timing :) My PadPivot just arrived (Germany)

Warning for UK backers, still waiting for mine but got a customs note with a charge of £4.33 + £8 handling fee - £12.33! Not happy.

I am waiting too. Will I see any further update on the tracking system?

I received mine PadPivot a couple days ago here in Brazil, great design, works like a charm. Thank's guys.

@obin the edge should rest on your lap and the force is always down so if the grip plate is stuck to the center it can't unscrew. It will naturaly want to stay screwed in. There is a slight hold when the shaft is fully screwed in the ball. It seems you have quite the HATE on so I'll give you a quick fix. Add a bit of electrical or Teflon tape on the thread of the shaft if you want more friction.

Just received my two padpivots in Ottawa - I think it is a wonderful design - thank you so much for all your efforts to make this a reality. Its versatility for positioning the ipad is great and its stability is remarkable.
