Lots of 6's in there, hope that's a good sign. Spread the word people if you want to see Tanked turned into reality....I mean the comic book. I hope Tanked NEVER actually happens in the real world, but I think you all know that by now.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I can’t tell you all how excited I am to be coming to the end of my first Kickstarter campaign.

Recently everyone has been terrific spreading the word about my little comic. A few of you have even upped your pledges, which has been a huge help.

I’m just posting this update is one last reminder we need about $1,100 to be successful. Please do what you can to drive people to the project page if nothing more that to see if this is a project they’d like to take part in.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to give everyone a little update. First off thank you all so much for Twittering and spreading the word on Tanked. We won't make it without your support. We've got about 2 weeks left to hit our goal.

I just received the last of the art and it looks fantastic. Bruno is great. Shawn will be adding the lettering and then we will have a FINISHED PRODUCT! I can't believe it. So please please please spread the word. We really want to get Tanked into everyone's hands.

I’m firing up a Twitter contest in conjunction with the Tanked Kickstarter project. It’s real simple tell people what you would do if the gasoline ran out.

To enter, use the hash tag #ifthegasranout. Tell the world what you would do if the gasoline suddenly stopped flowing. Your tweet can be funny, sad, ironic, whatever. Including a link to the Tanked Kickstarter project page will certainly earn you some favoritism, but in the end I will select the top four tweets. Winners will be chosen by me so be creative! Details are also up on JasonWinn.com.

Prizes
First Prize – A lifetime subscription to ALL Tanked literature. This includes every single thing I ever write or produce for the world of Tanked including but not limited to comics, novels, short stories and haiku.

Plus a $50 gas card to your local gas station.

Second Prize – $25 gas card to your local gas station and a free signed copy of Tanked Issue #1 and either Tanked Issue #2 or the Tanked novel, whichever comes first.

Third Prize – $25 gas card to your local gas station

Rules
If you have a problem with any of these, don’t enter. Only entries with the hash tag #ifthegasranout will be eligible. Winners will be picked at the end of the Tanked Kickstarter campaign on December 3, 2011 by Jason Winn. Winners will be notified via Twitter direct message. Winners will have 48 hours to respond with their contact information to claim their prize.

International winners do not worry! You can still participate. I will provide a cash equivalent via PayPal. If you cannot receive funds via PayPal I’m sorry but you are not eligible for a prize, sorry.

Note: The gas cards are for major gasoline companies only (Exxon, Shell, BP, etc). Bennie’s Pump and Go probably doesn’t have gas cards so don’t bug me for one.
