Update #8: Maria My Love at the Tribeca Film Festival
Hello Maria My Love supporters!
I am extremely excited to announce the film is now finished and has been invited to world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. We wouldn't be here without your tremendous help and so, on behalf of the other producers and myself, I sincerely thank you.
I want to direct your attention to the film's website, www.mariamylove.com, which has just been launched, and urge you to invite your friends and family to become fans of the Maria My Love fan page on Facebook. Please help spread the word about the premiere and, for those of you who will be in New York during the festival, please visit our website or Tribeca's official site for screening times and ticket information.
Finally, for those of you owed DVDs of the film, I ask for your patience with this matter. Until distribution has been solidified, screeners cannot be given out. I look forward to getting you a copy in the future and appreciate your understanding.

Update #6: We've cast our Maria
More exciting news. As you know we begin shooting on Saturday. We are honored and thrilled to have cast two-time Golden Globe winner and Oscar nominated actress Karen Black as our Maria!
Update #5: Let the shooting begin!
Great news! With your support and the support of our generous financiers, we begin shooting this Saturday, April 24th in Los Angeles. The project has grown in scale and we are very fortunate to have two-time Spirit Award nominated actress Judy Marte starring in the film. Lauren Fales, whose story the film is inspired by, will place the supporting role of Grace. We will give you other casting and shooting updates along the way.
