Update #1: One Week In...

Hi folks. Just wanted to post a quick update to thank everyone for making the first week (or so) of this project so incredible. Just 8 days in and we're already 97% of the way there. Really unbelievable and inspiring to me. Thanks to everyone who pledged and / or passed the info about this project on to others. Keep re-posting / re-tweeting / forwarding - even though we're almost to the goal, I've got plenty more rewards to go around, so the more people who want to be a part of this the better! Still 50-plus days to go until funding ends and the writing / drawing / cartooning really begins...
Small bonus reward - whoever pledges the amount (however small) that pushes the total over the goal amount of $5000 gets an extra little drawing just for them, in addition to whatever reward they choose.
