Jalaja Bonheim is the founder and director of the Institute for Circlework ( www.instituteforcirclework.org ). She’s the author of four books, and is now writing a new book called Living in Peace: A Vision of Hope for Humanity.
As a Jew raised in post-war Germany, she’s dedicated her life to peace and reconciliation work, as well as to the empowerment of women. She’s been leading circles and training circle leaders for over twenty years.
Good luck to you in your project, it's extremely important to foster better communication in the middle east.
I am honored to support such a worthwhile cause. Blessings to you and your work!
Thank you for this opportunity. This work is a blessing for many sore hearts.
Benny Barak has made a pledge in honor of his beloved adopted sister-in-law, Ilana Erhmann, who graduated from the Circlework Training in September 2009 and is now leading circles for Jewish and Arab women in Israel.
We pledge funds in honor of our beloved sister/sister-in-law, Seena Russell Axel, who is deeply committed to the goals of this project and eagerly looking forward to contributing in a significant and meaningful way.
I'm making my pledge for two reasons. First, to help the Institute for Circlework achieve its fundraising goal and continue its good work. The second is to honor my cousin, Ilana Ehrmann, a member of Circlework, whose strength against any obstacle, dedication to good causes, and zest for life is an inspiration.
We need heart connection as much as we need food, water and shelter! Circle work will help make this connection possible and turn adversaries in to peaceful allies!! It has changed my life!
