My name is Jacques. I'm a Freelance graphic designer living in NC, and for the past couple years, I've become obsessed with photography.  

Since around the second filled external drive, I started thinking up of ways to put my images to good use. At the time though, I told myself I needed to get better at photography, before trying anything major.

It wasn't until my photos started showing up on some of my favorite sites (see below), thanks to the Creative Commons licenses, I realized I might be onto something.

I created a website called Photo4blogs.com. It is dedicated to providing bloggers, designers and digital media creators a resource of FREE, Quality, No-hassle photography.

I did most of the heavy lifting in creating the site. But as a freelance graphic designer in this horrible economy, I can not sacrifice supporting my family for my DREAM project. 

I'm not ashamed to say I want your help in funding this project. Your pledges will go towards giving me more man hours to edit images (4 external drives worth), write witty captions, add some new functionality to the website, pay for fees and create the rewards.

You may notice that there are three Reward choices and one of the pricing tiers to the right, is just $1. That is not a mistake. I wanted to try out a pay-as-you-wish pricing model. Pledge whatever value you feel the idea is worth to you. A few things to keep in mind: 

• There are only 100 pledging slots available. So, if everyone only pledges $1, the funding goal of $1,500 will obviously not be met. 
  
• The funding goal of $1,500 was arrived at after calculating the amount of time spent editing and posting 4 external drive filled with images + Fees + the rewards promised. 
  
• If the 100 slots gets filled quickly there is a $30 pledge with more wonderful goodies.
