We have been working around the clock to deliver these wallets to your mailboxes before the 25th. Three talented production crews in Rhode Island, New Jersey, and New York have assembled TGTs with lightening speed. A dedicated crew in Brooklyn is inspecting the wallets before packaging them and sending out them to a fulfillment team in Michigan who fires them off to you. Thanks to you guys, this operation has been able to employ about fifty people this holiday season!!
I eat sleep and dream of TGTs right now. I wake up with threads in my hair and stamps stuck to my face. Please understand any delay in responding to comments and emails is only due to my focus on managing the production, quality control, and fulfillment so you get your wallets as soon as possible.
The shipping process has been intense. Literally thousands of wallets have been leaving my apartment in Brooklyn over the past five days! We are proud to say that we are still on track to get the vast majority of the wallets delivered to 7,500 backers all over the world by December 24th.
With an operation this new on a scale this big, however, there are bound to be some bumps in the road. Finally received my stone wallet. I'm very please with the product, but more updates on the production delays would have been nice. I realize that this was a much larger venture than you had originally anticipated, but in cases like this, the key to keeping your customers happy despite delays is communicate early and often.
I will still recommend this product, though.

@psistorm, very sorry your emails were overlooked! We got to the end of the inbox on Monday, but somehow your email from the 15th slipped through the cracks. We responded now, but anyone else who hasn't heard back, please write again. Hey everybody! I see that almost all of the comments here about missing wallets are coming from backers who chose the Stone style. This delay is what I was warning about in the reward description, FAQ, comments pre-survey, and the survey itself when I said the Stone was going to be backordered. The good news is the Stone elastic finished production last week, and we're making the wallets now! They will be shipping next week and the following. Like always, anyone waiting for a Stone can switch it out for any available wallet and your order will ship tomorrow. Just let us know at info@tightstore.com. @Krystle, @Scott, I collected order info as much as possible in the first two weeks, but after that I had to get started on shipping, so anyone who responded after the first two weeks was put into the second shipping group, which have just started shipping out, and will continue shipping until next week. I received an e-mail on 15th December with a Shipping Confirmation an a link to USPS telling me that they electronically received the shipping information. No information if the package really was shipped. I wrote you an e-mail on 15th December and on 13th January. No reply on both of them yet and I received no package here in Germany yet. Further the Shipping Information in the e-mail was wrong, you used my user name as recipient name and not the real name I provided here in Kickstarter in the survey. What should I do now? Have you already send the package? Will it ever arrive? Why don't you answer my e-mails? I know you've probably a lot of e-mails to answer but 1,5 months is quite a long time...

I emailed info@tightstore.com on Jan. 5 regarding my incorrectly shipped wallet and have yet to receive a response. The shipping invoice states an RPJ 2.0 LE was shipped (which is what I ordered) but I received a regular RPJ 2.0. I received my wallet in the mail up here in Canada sometime during the week of the new year (I had been out of town.) Please let me know what's up, I'm not using the wallet at the moment but would like to.
