This update is for those who request refund!

We're sorry for the delay for some of your refund requests. As of today, we already process all the refund requests except 2 transaction: 16HUUB11Q1LEP6TJ3A8D4QOAQAQFBI3L6SA

The other one is waiting for its transaction id to process.

We understand some backers are mad about this whole situation. However, we take the money issue very seriously, so do our reputation. In order to show our honesty about handling this refund issue, we think it's okay to disclose the following email response from Amazon since it only contains transaction ids, not attached to backer's names.

      This is awful! How hard is it to see that you have just revealed transactional information about your customers. I think you should also invest in a professional translator as well. Reason being it would be so much easier to understand exactly what you mean without room for any confusion in your communication.
